Exemptions: Official-plate vehicles (including contracted hire) are free up to 8 hours. Diplomatic-plate vehicles are free up to 1 hour. Disabled persons and veterans (gazi) with documentation, and martyr-family first-degree relatives, are entitled to free parking for up to 15 days per trip. DHMİ and SHGM staff personal vehicles are also exempt.
Payment: Cash and card accepted on exit. No online pre-booking available, charges calculated on exit based on total time parked.
