Diyarbakır Airport (DIY) is connected to the city by three Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality bus routes, Z2, Z3 and Z7. These offer some of the cheapest airport-to-city transport in Turkey: just 28 TRY per journey (KentKart, effective March 2026). There is no Havaş airport shuttle at Diyarbakır.

Line Z2, The Main Airport Route
Z2 is the primary airport bus in Diyarbakır. It runs from Üniversite (near Dicle University) through the city centre to the airport.

Line Z3 operates at night only. It runs from the airport to Dağkapı and Hastane, making it ideal for late-evening arrivals or passengers staying in or near the historic Sur district.

Line Z7, Üçkuyu Toki / Southern Districts
Line Z7 connects the southern Üçkuyu Toki area to the airport, running throughout the day approximately every 70 minutes plus additional night services. Journey time is approximately 65 minutes.
