Çukurova Airport is a newly opened facility offering 30 minutes of free WiFi via the "COV-Free-WiFi" network. SMS verification with your phone number is required.
A small Turkcell kiosk is available at the airport, but as a new airport, SIM card options are still developing. Operator stores in Mersin or Adana city center offer much wider package selection and better prices.
All three operators have strong 4.5G coverage in the Çukurova region (Mersin, Tarsus, Adana). No signal issues along the Mersin coast or within Adana city. If your stay in the region is short, hotel WiFi is generally sufficient — you may not even need a SIM card.
