Batman Airport (BAL) serves the oil city of Batman in south-eastern Turkey and is the usual gateway to Hasankeyf, the ancient town on the Tigris famous for its cliff-side monuments. The airport is only about 7 km from the city centre — one of the shortest transfers in the country. Per DHMİ, the airport is linked to the city by Batman Municipality bus line 12, with a stop at the terminal exit and services timed to flights; the airport-line ticket is 90 TRY. A taxi is a short, cheap alternative at around 495 TRY on the 2026 meter (75 TRY opening + 60 TRY per km). The open car park is on the 2026 DHMİ Group B tariff at 180 TRY per day, with the first 15 minutes free. Batman is also a common base for trips to Hasankeyf, Midyat and the wider Tigris valley.

Municipal Bus (Line 12)
Per DHMİ, Batman Municipality bus line 12 connects the airport and the city centre. The stop is at the terminal exit and services are timed to flights. The airport-line ticket is 90 TRY (a special airport fare, different from regular city lines). Taxi
The airport taxi cooperative waits at the terminal (+90 535 349 88 70). The 2026 Batman meter is a 75 TRY opening fee, 60 TRY per km, a 190 TRY minimum and 8 TRY per minute waiting. Approximate route fares:
