Ankara Esenboğa Airport (ESB) is Turkey's second-busiest airport, located 28 km north of the capital's city centre. It handles year-round domestic and international traffic and serves as the main gateway to Ankara, Turkey's political capital and a major business hub. Havaş shuttle buses run every 30 minutes between the terminal and AŞTİ (Ankara's intercity bus terminal) via Ankamall AVM and Pursaklar, taking around 50 minutes for 200 TRY. AnkaraAir also serves Kızılay and AŞTİ for 200 TRY every 20–25 minutes (06:00–22:00). The EGO 442 public bus offers the most affordable option at 130 TRY (AnkaraKart required), running every 20 minutes to Kızılay and AŞTİ between 06:00 and 23:00. Taxis to Kızılay cost approximately 1,350 TRY (30–35 min).
